Questions, answered
Everything you should know before you order.
These are the questions we hear most from researchers and first-time buyers: what peptides are, how our quality standards work, how orders ship, and what our compliance position is. Honest answers, plain language.
What exactly are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, generally 2 to 50 amino acids long, linked together by peptide bonds. They are the smaller cousins of proteins: same building blocks, shorter chains, simpler structures, and highly specific signaling roles in biology. Peptides are used across skincare, wellness products, and modern drug research. Our lab notes have a full guide to the science of peptides.
Are Amino Arsenal products for human or animal consumption?
No. Every Amino Arsenal product is sold for laboratory research and educational purposes only and is not intended for human or animal consumption. We are transparent about this because compliance and trust come before everything else.
What quality standards do your products meet?
Every product in our catalog is held to research-grade purity and potency standards. Each batch is documented with purity and identity data, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request for every order. If it carries our label, it has documentation behind it.
How do I verify that a product is right?
Start with the basics: confirm the vial seal is intact, check that the lot number on the label matches the Certificate of Analysis, and read the reported purity and identity values. Our guide to reading a Certificate of Analysis walks through every line of the document.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are fulfilled carefully and shipped securely with tracking. Vials are handled with moisture- and light-protective packaging, and lyophilized products tolerate brief room-temperature exposure during transit without issue. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
How should I store lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides?
Store sealed, dry powder cold, dry, and in the dark: minus 20 degrees Celsius for long-term storage, or minus 80 degrees for ultra-long-term. Short-term refrigeration at 2 to 8 degrees is fine for a few months. Before opening, let the vial warm to room temperature, ideally in a desiccator, to keep moisture out of the powder. We cover this in detail in our storage and handling guide.
Do you provide guidance on using peptides in research?
We publish honest, referenced educational content in our lab notes and we answer questions directly. Protocols, dosages, and experimental design decisions belong to qualified researchers, but we are happy to share everything we know about the products themselves.
What is your policy if there is an issue with an order?
We stand behind every order we ship. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as documented, contact us through the contact page and we will make it right, no runaround.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. Your information is used only to fulfill your order and to respond to your inquiries. We never sell customer data to third parties, and we never will.
How can I reach your team?
The fastest way is the contact form on this site. Every inquiry gets a personal reply from our team, and we respond as quickly as we responsibly can.
Still have a question?
Our team answers every inquiry personally. No scripts, no runaround, just honest guidance.
